WASHINGTON http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/nike-air- … ombre.html , Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- The world is still heading for the hottest year on record although last month was only the seventh warmest November since 1880, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said Monday.

The combined average temperature over global land and ocean surfaces during November tied with 2008 as the seventh highest for the month, at 0.65 degrees Celsius above the 20th century average, the NOAA said in its monthly report.

This ends a streak of three consecutive months with a record warm monthly global temperature, but the average temperatures for SeptemberNovember as well as the first 11 months were still both the highest on record for such periods http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/nike-air- … ancas.html , it said.

If December is at least 0.42 degrees Celsius warmer than the 20th century average, 2014 will be the hottest year on record, the NOAA said.

The previous three warmest years on record are 2010, 2005 and 1998.

ANKARA, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- The Turkish Foreign Ministry said Thursday that there would be a cost if the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in northern Iraq insisted on holding the independence referendum.

"The KRG should be aware that there will most certainly be a price to pay for insisting on its approach for a referendum despite all our friendly recommendations http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/hombre-ni … bajas.html ," the ministry said in a statement.

"We are calling on the KRG to act with common sense and to give up its mistaken approach as soon as possible," it added.

Turkey also welcomed the Iraqi parliament's decision to reject the KRG independence referendum slated for Sept. 25.

Iraq's parliament voted on Tuesday in opposition to the referendum, authorizing the prime minister to take all measures to preserve Iraq's unity.

The decision was a clear expression of the importance of Iraq's political unity and territorial integrity, the Turkish ministry said.

Turkey also called on Baghdad and Erbil to resolve the dispute through "dialogue" and conduct ties based on constitution and justice.

Since the KRG announced its plan to hold the referendum, most Western powers http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/zapatilla … bajas.html , including the United States and EU, have voiced concerns that the poll could ignite a new round of conflict between Baghdad and Iraqi Kurdistan, threatening regional stability and distracting from the fight against terrorism.

TEHRAN http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/hombre-ni … bajas.html , Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Iran expects its ties with Saudi Arabia to be expanded in future, Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said here on Monday in a congratulatory message to Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the country's National Day.

In the congratulatory message, Rouhani wished "health" for Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah and "success and prosperity" for the Saudi nation, according to Iranian presidential website.

He also expressed hope that "the brotherly relations between the two Islamic, neighboring countries will be further strengthened day after day."

Meanwhile http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/hombre-ni … mprar.html , the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif said the recent meeting with his Saudi counterpart Prince Saud al- Faisal is expected to open a "new chapter" in the ties between the two countries, Iranian government's website reported on Monday.

"Both Saudi foreign minister and I believe that this meeting will open a new page in our two countries' relations," Zarif said after the meeting with Prince Saud al-Faisal in New York on Sunday, adding that "We hope this new chapter will help the establishment of regional and global peace and stability."

"We are aware of the importance and sensitivity of this crisis, " Saud al-Faisal said following their discussions on threats by the Islamic State (IS) which the two major Muslim states are equally facing.

"The crisis can be dealt with successfully using the existing opportunities and avoiding the mistakes made in the past http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/hombre-ni … spa-a.html ," Saud al- Faisal said, adding that the cooperation between the two influential countries, Iran and Saudi Arabia, will be helpful for the peace and security in the region and the world.

As the two regional rivals, both Iran and Saudi Arabia are major oil and gas exporters which have clashed over energy policy. Saudi Arabia http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/vans-nint … ancas.html , with its large oil reserves and smaller population, has a greater interest in taking a long-term view of the global oil market and incentive to moderate prices. In contrast, Iran is compelled to focus on high prices in the short term due to its people's hard living conditions given by the western sanctions over its sensitive nuclear program.

Iran and Saudi Arabia have also major differences over several regional issues, including the situation in Syria and Bahrain, Yemen http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/zapatilla … ratas.html , Iraq and Iran's nuclear program.

However, both countries have welcomed negotiations to help resolve regional problems, clear misunderstandings and further expand bilateral relations.

Last month, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian described his meeting with Prince Saud al-Faisal in Jeddah over IS threats as "positive and constructive."

Iran welcomes the establishment of good relations with neighboring states including Saudi Arabia as one of the most influential countries in the Islamic world, Zarif said http://www.oldskoolrebajas.es/zapatilla … -vans.html , adding that Iran and Saudi Arabia are facing common threats posed by the emergence of extremism and violence in the region.
